Our advice | Atypical in our region of Burgundy, this rosé is made from the "Gamay" grape variety. Gamay is a Burgundian grape variety that has existed since the 14th century. For fear of competition with the Burgundy Pinot Noir, the variety was uprooted and planted in the Beaujolais. This is the reason why it no longer has the right to the "Burgundy" appellation! |
